Yellow Truck is a complicated Blond Lager that has a sweet, malty aroma and notes of orange and light spice from the specialty hops used. Fermented at a slightly higher temperature, like an ale, but using a modern lager yeast, this gives the beer a unique fruity finish while maintaining the crispness and clean taste of a traditional lager. Yellow Truck became a High Park Brewery Brand in 2018 as a result of the purchase of Draught Dodger Brewery.
