A balanced, assertively-hopped IPA with a slightly toasted flavor and a smooth finish. Too Hop’d to Handle is crafted with Columbus, Mosaic and Simcoe hop varieties and brewed with Munich and honey malts for a lightly toasted flavor. A rotating fourth hop varietal is also added to reflect seasonal flavors and trends with Belgian candied sugar provides balance and a smooth finish. The beer pairs well with grilled meats and strong cheeses.

When I saw this was brewed out of BrewHub (usually larger contract brewed beer), I was a little skeptic. Price was good, like $7.99, for 4-pack of DIPA so figured I’d give it a try. Sort of a hybrid of the west coast style and Florida IPA. Aggressively hopped, but not quite "too hopped to handle". Good strong citrus/pine flavor.....nice malt content and well-balanced. Cloudy, unfiltered medium orange appearance. I wouldn’t say this would be a local regular for me, but still solid brew that I can see drinking here and there.
