We brewed our Keller Pils using a custom malt from Riverbend Malthouse and hand-selected Idaho-grown Saaz hops. This unfiltered pilsner is bright and floral with malt notes reminiscent of fresh-baked crusty bread and the subtle aroma of a spring herb garden and lemon grass from the Saaz. A 4-week lager fermentation lends crispness and dryness to the full-flavored German-style beer

Pours clear daffodil with a thick ivory head. Aroma features fresh malt with pomme, bread and floral hints. Flavor supplies crisp fresh malt, resiny hops, apple, bread, a floral hint. Texture contributes decent body and peppy fizz. Light, refreshing, enjoyable.
