Organic IPA. Danish: Hvidt skum, frisk duft af humle, fyldig smag og en god bitterhed. Passer godt til snacks. krydret mad, eller bare når man er tørstig. Håndbrygget på gårdbryggeriet i Herslev. Er brygget af økologisk bygmalt, økologisk humle og gær. Serveres ved 10-12 grader. Øllet er ikke pasteuriseret eller filtreret. Bør opbevares mørkt og kælderkoldt.

Bottled (from Irma, near Tivoli, Copenhagen). Deep slightly hazy orangeish amber colour with small off-white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, yeasty, malty and also rather berryish. Flavour is fruityness, mild yeasty and berryish notes. Quite malty and fruity aftertaste along with some mild grains.

500 ml bottle, as Herslev Økologisk India Pale Ale, brew #396, from Vinmonopolet, bestillingsutvalget. ABV is 6%. Deep golden colour, slightly hazy. Big and lasting white head. Very nice aroma of fruity hops (tropical fruits), also some piney notes. Plenty of carbonation in the mouth. Distinct hoppy flavour throughout, notes of pine, grapefruity bitterness in the finish and aftertaste. Good beer!
