Who got the Phunk? We got the Phunk! Supah Phunk is the ever-changing playground for one of our favorite yeast cultures. Eachbatch and has the same cheesy, funky Philly yeast as the original, but after spending its whole 10-week life in a blend of red and white wine oak barrels, it kicks the funk up a notch. Plan for a tart, malty, funky saison with a mellow hop groove to make it go down smooth. Want to really get down with the funk? Try it with Twig Farm Goat Tomme, a Vermont made raw-milk goat cheese.
