This darker wheat beer pours a cloudy mahogany color and retains a thin, creamy head. With a touch of residual sweetness and the addition of subtle caramel notes, our Dunkel Weiss is very well-balanced and finishes with a refreshing, full flavored taste.

On tap at the brewpub. The most average of all the Herkimer brews. Pours a dense reddish brown. Thick tan head. Nose is sweet like apples, taste is smooth, bready and filling. Trace of hops on the finish. otherwise mildly sweet.
