    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 10 | Flavor: 10 | Overall: 10

Poured in the brewery tap room a hazy orange gold colored ale with a thick creamy white foamy head that had a long retention. Nice lacing. Rich carbonation. The aroma is yeast with aciditic tones, lemon, apples. The aroma is rich: sweet sensations, aciditic fruits, lemon, citrus, apples and overdominating the banana taste. The finish is an endless sweety palate combined to fine aciditic tones. What a magnificent Helles Hefeweizen! Thanks, Helmut.
