Wodan Weizen is our interpretation of a classic German-style wheat beer with all MN grain. It pours a hazy straw color with a frothy white head. Pronounced notes of banana and clove are accompanied by subtle citrus and graham cracker maltiness. Floral hops hide deep in the background to make this a refreshing summer brew without the bitterness.

Had this a few times at Harriet brewing: Bright golden, unfiltered, big white froth on top. Aroma is bannana, pineapple and coriander. Mouthfeel is creamy and well carbonated. Taste is delicious. Semi sweet initialy, quickly gets into fruit cloved flavors. Perfect summertime brew.
