Traditionally brewed for farmhands during hot summer months, this Belgian farmhouse-style ale greets drinkers with notes of orange marmalade and black pepper. Floral/spicy hop character is subtle and balanced throughout. Munich malt lends a yellow-orange hue and contributes character to the vanilla malt backdrop. Harriet’s Nourrice is clean, yet complex, with a dry, light yeasty finish that goes and goes.

Another nice beer from Harriet during out recent visit there. Pours a dull orangeish colour, hazey once again. Aroam is slightly fruit, malt and spice on the nose. Taste is spicey with a citrus twist and noticeable hops midpalate. Sweeter finish rounds off this delectable brew.
