It pours a light golden-yellow that had a white head but it fizzled to nothing and no lacing left. An aroma of sour grapes, wine, tart apples, light bread, bitterness, and light spice. The mouthfeel is smooth and fairly rich. Flavors of tart apples, cider, apple juice, sour grapes, bitterness, breadiness, and some spiciness. Pretty solid for a cider ... not too sweet nor sour.

Okay, I am not a fan of cider style beers but I was feeling adventurous. The aroma is sweet and fruity with hints of apple and some malt. The appearance is a crisp, golden color that looks refreshing at first glance with a minimal head on top that is lacy and white in color, as well as bubbly. The mouthfeel is light in body with not much complexity, or balance for that matter. The flavor is very sweet and grape-like and very similar to a white wine with slight malt and an aftertaste that is a bit dry with a decent pallet. Overall, this cider tastes very much like a white wine and is sweet with very "winey" characteristics. I am not a fan of cider but gave it a shot anyway. I only gave it decent ratings because I like white wines to some extent."

Pours a light yellow with no foam or head but does actually leave some tight lacing. Carbonated at first then dissipates. Aroma is of course of apples, sweet and hardy, and of yeasts and a slight lemony smell. Taste very clean and crisp with a good apple tartness and a little bite but very mild. Really good cider.

Lt gold color, no head, nice apple aroma. Crisp flavor, not too sweet. Good apple flavor. Light carbonation. Slightly dry. Good taste.

This has changed in its label and name. Mine was called Hardcore Premium Hard Cider. An alright cider that is slightly better than other macro ciders I have had. Pours with a bright, slightly reddish gold color. Aroma is granny smith apples and vinegar. The taste has a little vinegar sourness at the start. The finish is slightly sweet, but not as artificially sweet as other macro ciders.

A decent full-bodied cider, better draught than bottled, me thinks as I had it both ways :) at Royal Mile Pub in Wheaton, MD. This has a very noticeable alcohol flavor, however it doesn’t carry through to the taste, which is all apple, baby, hardcore to the max, b. I enjoyed speaking like that at the scottish pub.
