Clear pinkish red, no foam. Strong raspberry aroma and kicking sour taste. Getting used to this taste of beer first after enjoying this. Raspberry all over, nice. (Utrecht 201702)

was saddened when i picked up the bottle and saw it was empty, turned it upside down and got a few drops- thank goodness i have good friends and they let me sneak a sip of there glass and let me get a quick write up .. . pours a deep pink tan .. light to medium foam, light spots of lacing .. . light funk, sweet-tarts, and raspberry .. touch of funk/tartness on the tongue .. pretty good but i wanted more sourness .. . . You'd better not kill me, man, I've got shit to do tomorrow!

Sampled on 10/8/2010. This fruit-lambic pours a raspberry color from a 375ml coked and caged bottle. Little to no head. The aroma is raspberries, malt and tart. A medium to light bodied fruit lambic. The malts are fruity and sweet, with lots of semi-sweet raspberry flavors. A nice tartness to this one, not overpowering, but just enough to let you know its most definitely there. No carbonation at all, which is kind of sad, because this beer would be so much better with some carbonation. As it warms it get a little more tart and a little more juice like. Mouthfeel is full., Finish is clean. Aftertaste is tart.
