We've brewed our Saison De La Ceinture Fléchée with a heavy dose of nose thumbing towards the winter season, striking a balance between drinkability and full flavour that you won't find in other beers of similar alcohol contents. The yeast was sourced from two different farmhouse breweries. The result is a beer with aromas and flavours of apple, pears and cloves. We've also chosen a mixed bag of malt barley and malted wheat for a full fruity flavour. The brew is finished with Goldings hops for a floral aroma. Unfiltered.

Crystal clear gold body with a tall fluffy white cap floating on top, looks pretty much like the perfect beer from an 80's beer commercial. Style normally doesn't do it for me but this seems descent. Aroma is pleasant and mild, wheat, yeast, mild spice, apple, hidden sourness. Taste is the same but more aggressive. Big malty wheat, some lemon, spices without names, a sweetness lingers. When warmer light banana really shows up. This drinks fast...... to fast. I could drink the hell out of this beer. GOOD JOB HALF PINTS!!
