500 ml bottle, from the brewery. ABV is 8%. Dark reddish brown colour, moderate off-white to beige head. Nice aroma of malts, brown bread, caramel and bakery. Fairly sweet flavour, notes of caramel, molasses, slightly roast malts, moderate hops. Good beer.

Bottle. Colour - reddish-brown, red edges, clear, thin tan coloured head. Aroma - caramel, dark fruit, roasted malt, weak hops, weak yeast. Mouthfeel - medium bodied, well carbonated. Flavour - dark fruit, roasted malt, toasted caramel, and vanilla. A very good beer. Thanks to the LCBO for brining this one in.

The beer pours a transparent dark ruby red colour with a thin pink ring for a head. The aroma is roasted malt, some tart cherry notes, and some musty tones. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied wih a slight creamy feel, and average carbonation. The flavour is roasted malt, some leather flavours, and a decent bitter finish.
