330 ml capped bottle. Poured in a half pint glass a clear and burgundy-brown coloured Stout with a minimum tan foamy head that had no retention and a pair of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is moderate toasted malts, dark berries, coffee notes. The flavour is roasted malts, powerful roasted coffee beans, flowery, violet. The mouthfeel is crispy, sparkling and quite thin. The texture is watery. This light bodied Stout has a dry roasted malts and flowery bitter finish. A pleasant Austrian version of the classical Irish Stout, well-balanced and flavourful.
