This six-pointed star has been used to symbolise purity as far back as the 1300s. Each point represents an aspect of the brewing process that is critical to purity: water, hops, barley, malt, yeast and of course, the brewer.

I'd almost forgotten about this one from my trip to Ireland a few years ago until I was going through a bunch of stuff last night. Lighter all around than Guinness, but all around a really nicely flavored brew. Similar, but different.

A lighter version of the typical Guinness Draught. Only avliable on tap as part of the "brewmaster" series. Ive seen it all over Ireland but nowhere else. Lots of caramel on the attack and a bit of a lighter colour then normal Guinness. Very nice brew over. Recommended
