A very unique beer, earthy, slightly tart and fruity. The Xassion French Farmhouse ale is a very refreshing summer beer. It's interesting character earthy, spice, sweet-tart was inspired by "Fantome Automne" from Belgium.

Sampled on draught at the brewpub. Pours a cloudy bright yellow colour. Aroma is of lemons honey and flowers. Taste is wheaty and tart, slighty citrusy sourness. Otherwise nice beer.
