Very good hefeweizen from these guys. Big banana and clove with vanilla and dry wheat. Authentic aroma and flavor. Huge foamy head, cloudy orange~yellow body and spotty lacing. Spritzy and light bodied, mildly sweet with a balanced dry finish. It is a touch overcarbonated, even for this style.
