We took a traditional German style and amped up the Hüpfen, which is German for hops. Our Wheatseeker malt bill was bumped up to IPA strength and heavily hopped with Citra and Mandarina Bavaria hops. It has a smooth creamy body with a big citrus, peach and pineapple nectar aroma, making for an extremely pleasurable pint.

Taps clear solar yellow with a nice eggshell head. Aroma features wooly hop and evergreen tones, more at an IPA than a Hefe. Flavor presents wheaty, yeasty, fruity and hoppy tones. Mouthfeel offers average body and fizz. Hüp to it!
