When your nose and mouth are longing for hops look no further than Bitter Leaf. A special brew designed to satisfy the most discriminating IPA lover. Five grains combine to build a solid malt backbone with great body and a fine creamy head. Two boutique hops provide the well pronounced but smooth bitterness with traditional Cascade hops supplying the citrus like aroma. Even more aroma is achieved by adding additional hops in the fermenter. A potent beer both in alcohol and hop levels and great for any season.

Bomber from Value-On. My first beer from this new brewery. Pour of clear, dark amber with a creamy ivory head. A slight ring was the result. Fresh aroma of citrus and pine. Lots of pine resin in the flavour, along with citrus, hop, and caramel. Bitter right through to the finish. Excellent mouthfeel for a DIPA, uber-smooth and solid.
