My bottle foamed like a rabid dog whenever I opened the cap by even a millimeter, but finally it settled down a little and I was able to get a pour of hazy golden with a thick and frothy eggshell head. Aroma presents tart and sour pomme and tropical fruit, plus resiny hops and raw malt. Flavor provides tart and sour fruit, woody, resiny and raw malt notes. Texture features fair body and peppy fizz. Sit on a green bench (or a bench of any color) and enjoy.
