Audrey was born in Belgium. From an early age she took to the stage and began a relatively successful career. Soon, however, she left acting to pursue her dream - of becoming a fairly obvious beer pun. Stemming from our Project X line, Tank Ten is a tickle trunk of tasty treats. This series is payback to our hard working brewers. We’ve reserved fermenting tank number ten for them and have given them the green light to brew whatever the heck they want. Bottoms up !

Hazy yellow pour with a fluffy white head that retains well. Nice lacing. Yeast and fruity aroma. Flavour is grassy, floral and herbal hops, lemon and Belgium yeast. Medium body good thirst quenching beer.

Had a pint at Arrow and Loon. Pours a small frothy off-white head and leaves soapy lace. Has an amber appearance. Aromas of citrus and floral hops. Nice crisp hoppy bitterness. Flavours of strong citrus hops, some earthy type hops. Slightly tarty and lemony hints. Fairly bitter in the finish.

Single bomber from the LCBO. Pours a cloudy golden colour with a creamy off-white head that has great retention and foamy lace. Beautiful nose of Belgian Ale yeast well-blended with the fresh grassy hops and hints of spices (cloves, pepper). Medium-bodied, average carbonation with a mild dry finish. The taste is a mix of notes of bananas and grapefruits. The herbal hops offer very nice bitterness. Wow ! What a great brew.

cask @bent elbow - a medium oranhy-amber infiltered ale with a puffy off white cap. Medium bodied but a very robust english- styled IPA. Big mlts verge on sweet but are held in check by amle golding hops. Aroma and falvour feature a peach-like fruitness for the yeast and warm fermenting. Long wet finsh with a perfect balance. I’ve had this in several pubs and I’ve always enjoyed it. I hope GLB moves it into a year round draft offering.

The beer poured a hazed golden yellow colour, reminiscent of a Hoegaarden, with a thin white cap. Aroma was citrusy hops and some grains. Mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavour is citrusy hops with primarily lemony flavours and some grassy notes.
