Pelotero is an unfiltered pilsner beer, bottled fresh from the tanks. This is a traditional German recipe but it has quite a bit of Latin inspiration. Crisp, refreshing, flavourful. The name is a tip of the hat to the baseball players of the 40s and 50s. It has a personality and swagger that are at home, both on a hot day at the stadium or in a cool evening at the Tropicana.
