Kräftig und dunkel. Das sehr aromatische Naturbier besitzt leichte Röstaromen, die sich harmonisch mit den Malzaromen verbinden und eine Nuance von Bitterschokolade erahnen lassen. Zutaten : Wasser, Gerste, Hopfen. Gebinde : Flasche 0.33 l - Fass 15 l, 30 l, 40 l, 50 l.

330 ml swing-top bottle. Poured an unfiltered and opaque absolutely black coloured Dunkel with a three fingers beige and dense creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles and some big one. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is mild roasted malts, notes of dark fruits and faint herbal hops. The flavour is at first roasted sweety malts and in a quick coming second time sour, notes of caramel and coffee beans. The mouthfeel is fresh, fizzy, thick and alternately sweety and sour. This medium bodied Dunkel has a dry sweety and sour finish. A very interesting Dunkel. All the taste long the sweet / sour opposition finds at each moment a new winner. Good job !
