Pours slightly hazy Amber with fine-bubbled eggshell head. Malt aroma has hoppy overtone, almost IPA-ish, with fruity undertone. Fruity and sour tones come out on the flavor, along with malty and subtle hoppy notes. Firm texture has some good fizz. Get down to grass roots for a nice soirée.

Pinkish hue. Wonderful aroma and soft dry bretty flavor. The hibiscus and lime add an extra dimension to an already very good beer (seems like Arctic Saison is the base before the fruit and flowers were added). Floral and funky...dug it. Still not seeing how Grassroots (really a branch of Hill farmstead out of Vermont)...with a bottle brewed at Anhcorage...has to be entered as a Denmark brewer (?)
