Picke up a 750 from hill farmstead - straw/orange colored with loads of carbonation and nice head retention. Earthy aromas with doses of lemon and hay. Highly acidic and sharp with a strong earthy Brett presence. Notes of black pepper and anise are present as well. This should aged into something special, but it's nice fresh as well.

Not sure how this is a Denmark Brewery, as they are located in Vermont. Anywho, the beer is a hazy orange, big soapy head. Aroma and flavor heavily influenced by brett and some yellow fruit. None of the traditional peppery aspects of many saisions, but a good yummy dose of brett (borders on a wild ale) with clean citric hops. Nice brew, if a little steep.
