Like the state of California, our So-Cal Style IPA is big, bold and beautiful. Bright citrus and grapefruit notes dominate this audacious brew thanks to an epic dose of West Coast hops. Pairs well with fish tacos with a citrus salsa.

Bottle from an IGA in a small town of Temiscaming, QC. Pours a hazy orange-amber colour with a warm cap, pretty big with good retention and thick creamy lacing. Big IIPA nose with the citrus notes (oranges), hops (grassiness) and caramel malt base. The taste is not as bitter as expected, but fruitier with the oranges and lightly sweet with the caramel malts. Alcohol is well-hidden. Some bitterness starts to build with the dryness. Not a bad Imperial IPA.
