Pours a golden colour, barely cloudy, with a big white head that is just slightly off-white. Carbonation is pretty elevated, keeping the head up, seems forever. Lots of stickiness to the glass. Aromas are sweet with the ginger, so not on the spicy side. The taste is on the sour side, so not sure if infected. Mild grain appears with some light ginger. Even some bad vegetable notes. The head gets creamier near the last pour and the brew, cloudier. Wish the ginger was spicier, more real. Not a fan of this one. Had better ginger beers recently, as this seems to be this summer's faze.

500ml bottle

The beer pours a slightly hazed golden colour with orange edges and a thin snow white cap. The aroma was heavy on the ginger with some grainy malt notes and weak floral hops. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is a little more spicy than I would like in a beer and with an artificial ginger aftertaste. -

500 ml crown capped bottle puts a burnished gold clear ale in the glass. It takes a hard pour to put 2 finger white cap on this brew but this reduces to a surface lace which lasts. Brisk carbonation. Ginger, dusty biscuit malt some spicy hopping with an earthy undertone in the nose. Peppery mouth feel, sturdy bodied, spicy-spritzy character. Flavor was as pleasant as the aroma - ginger spicyness and biscuit malts in front mingle with sturdy hop tones - goes lightly dry in the finish where you get a ginger bread dough discernment at the end. Very decent effort - a wel malted ale married to ginger and hop spiciness, not cloying or bitter, very drinkable - I like this one.
