500 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered and cloudy orange-copper coloured IPA with a generous three fingers fine, dense, creamy and light beige pillowy foamy head that had no end and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is intense piney-resinous hops, fruity, grapefruits, a tropical touch, manguo. The flavour is yeasty, caramel and roasted malts, massive piney hops, fruity, grapefruits, oranges and notes of lychees. The mouthfeel is yeasty, creamy, quite thin and heavy bitter. The texture is watery. This medium bodied IPA has a lingering piney hops finish. This IPA, Ernestine, brewed in Paris 18 ème, is a nice surprise and offers, with a mid 5,5 % ABV, a lot of fun to the hoppy devotees.
