Die helle Gose wird u. a. aus zwei Malzen und Harzer Brauwasser gebraut. Sie ist ein obergäriges und naturtrübes Weizenbier von goldener Farbe. Der Geschmack ist malzig-süffig mit einer dezenten Hopfennote. Dem historischen Rezept folgend entspricht die Gose durch Zugabe von Koriander und Salz nicht dem deutschen Reinheitsgebot. Die Gose ist ein naturbelassenes und naturtrübes Bier, das nicht pasteurisert wird. Dadurch und als unfiltriertes Bier ist die Gose reich an Vitaminen (B1, B2, B6, B12), Mineralstoffen und Spurenelementen. Als Flaschenbier ist die Gose 8 Wochen haltbar. Der Alkoholgehalt beträgt ca. 4,9 %.

500 ml bottle, from Ølbutikken, Copenhagen. ABV is 4.8%. Hazy pale golden colour, huge white head. Nice wheaty aroma, notes of coriander and cloves, hints of sea water and citrus. Wheaty and refreshing flavour, medium sweet, hints of coriander and citrus, only faintly salty. Very moderate hops.
