Crisp and complex. Flavourful and refreshing. Green apple, mild citrus, and wild flowers with a dry finish. This Belgian-style beer was originally brewed in northern France and southern Belgium for mine workers of the region. Similar in style to a Saison but lighter and more refreshing in flavour. Inspired by its roots in mining, we brew this crisp and clear beer using a European Saison yeast blend. Perfect after a long day in the sun prospecting for gold, or simply relaxing on the patio.
