Stepchild - Belgian India Red Ale Many a fine quality of different beer styles all brewed up into one beer. Belgian yeast flavors appear only to give way to pine/citrus American hop and specialty caramel malt flavors. Complex hop flavors linger and finish dry.

Taps clear copper with a good beige head that leaves generous lacing. Aroma offers toasty malt, butterscotch and pomme notes plus a hint of hops. Flavor features strong hoopy, sweet pomme, toasty malt and subtle butterscotch tones for one fine Belgian. Mouthfeel yields firm, smooth body and fair fizz. Stepchildren need love too!

A stunningly beautiful deep red when drawn... with a nice moderate foamy head that settles to thin and laces wonderfully. A piney-citrusy conglomeration with a light yeastiness. Hoopy on the front settling to malts with a clean finish.
