Golden Road Brewing was determined to marry the two and within days Meg was on her way to Mexico to source Tequila barrels. Our Hefeweizen is brewed and placed in añejo Tequila barrels infused with 100% organic agave and mesquite honey. After aging the beers, the process of blending barrels occurs and a fantastic complex new Hefeweizen emerges with notes of candied banana, soft agave and white oak complexity.
