loved the combination of saison yeast and cold pressed coffee. Maaaaaybe the coffee was overdone a little, but you won't hear me complain at all! And as it warmed, it became more balanced with light fruity farmhouse character nearly equaling the delicious coffee. I've only had a few coffee (or chocolate) belgians, but man it really seems to just work.

22 oz bottle. Pours pours dark brown with a medium creamy tan head that goes to a thin film that leaves some lacing.

The aroma is roast coffee, with some sweet chocolate with a little underlying Belgian yeast.

The flavor is sweet malts, Belgian yeast, chocolate and roast coffee. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with low carbonation.

Overall, interesting - tastes like a dark Belgian strong ale with coffee and chocolate.
