The beer poured a pale gold colour with a small white cap. The aroma was skunky malt and vomit. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was graint malt, and acidic hops...not enjoyable at all.

Pours a huge foamy white head and has a pale yellow/golden appearance. Patchy lacing. Aromas of grainy malts, wheats and faint citrus hops. Flavours are fairly malty, sweet, grainy and a bit of corn of well. Average carbonation. Light bodied. Nothing really special with this one.

This beer is a joke I hope. Everything about this beer speaks macro lager to me. Pale gold in colour, weak skunky aroma, and an overly bitter acidic flavour mark this unremarkable beer.

Got this in a generous trade with korguy123 . Can into a standard pint glass. Pours a pale gold with little head and no lacing. Nose is pale malts, floral and grain. Taste is grain, breadiness and malt with not much distinctive flavor. Mouthfeel is thin and a bit slick. Almost no carbonation is felt or observed. Not the worst beer I have ever had but not something I would seek out again.

Pours pale gold with no lasting head. Aroma is grainy and the flavour is weak grainy malt with a thin mouth and medium-high carbonation. Clean and refreshing. Nothing special but still better than most of the mainstream beers around here.

Can: light gold pour. smallish white cap, decent lacing. Fresh cereal aromas with some apple tones and grassiness. Lightly malty up front with some nondescript mild hop balance, thin mouth feel with a fast clean finish. I realize this is a squid beer for the masses but I expected more from this brewer.

Standard gold colour with a poor head gives way to a beer with absolutely no aroma what-so-ever. As swill, don't waste time and effort pouring this into a glass, save for you "appearance" rating. It would make a passable "lawnmower" beer, or lieing on the deck beer. Unoffensive and somewhat drinkable, just a tad bland. My good friend Nick here states this beer reminds him of Molson Canadian, but to me it's more like a watered-down draught version of O.V.(Old Vienna), also a Molson product.

Purchased at the LCBO, in a 473ml can. Says brewed for Midland Beer Works by Hockley Valley Brewing Co. Pours a clear golden colour with a white head that disappears fast enough and leaves a few spots on the glass. The nose is pretty decent, with some grain and bread. I quite like the aromas for such a swill. The taste is mild, with a mix of grain malts and corn (but not overpowering). Not much hop found in this one, and mouthfeel is smooth and creamy. Very nice ale, to introduce to people who just like Molson Canadian and other swills like it.
