Poured a burgandy color with a purple tan head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of sweet rasberries and hay. Taste of sweet raspberries, ending in a dry, sour, lactic finish. This needs more wild yeasts.

Very sour, little to no raspberry flavor, and the little bit you get is not worth the price they charge.

This is not really a true lambic beer but a nice attempt at the style. Though it is nearly impossible to copy the style outside of its origin in Belgium. An ok raspberry taste but not strong enough.
