The original amber lager, reminiscent of an Oktoberfest but with a less robust sweet malt character. Vienna malt provides the dominant toasty flavor and aroma. Palate has low sweetness but finish is fairly dry, with low to medium bitterness. Very mild hop flavor and aroma from 'noble' hops puts the emphasis on malt. Light to medium bodied with a reddish-amber color. This has German Vienna & Caramel malt and German Perle & Tettnanger Hops.
