A Strong Belgian Dark Ale characterized by a full body and a deep burgundy to dark brown color. Rich, creamy, and slightly sweet, this ale is malty with a spicy character from the special yeast adds to the complexity. A small amount of dark candi sugar is added after the boil. This has Belgian pale, caramel, aromatic and chocolate malts & American Santiam & simcoe hops.
