Slightly hazy golden colour with a creamy off-white head, good retention and thick foamy-creamy lacing. Aromas of deg green leaves, just like West Coast IPAs should be. The taste shows this grassiness, but really well-balanced with those 4 hops. Some citrus, fruity hints in the background. Mild wood, earth, fresh milk from the farm as well, but really all blended so nicely. Not the biggest fan of West Coast IPAs, but I find this one unique and nicely brewed.
