Pour clôturer notre collection de stouts & porters et célébrer la St-Patrick, c'est un Foreign Extra Stout, nommé en référence à Macha Mong Ruad, la seule reine que l'Irlande aurait eu au Ve siècle av. JC, que avons décidé de le faire. Ce stout, plus sec que tous les autres de la série, offre de beaux et puissants arômes rappelant le café torréfié et le chocolat amer soutenu par la présence du houblon Columbus en finale

Almost black in colour with a few ruby highlights, a frothy-bubbly mocha-coloured head and minimal lace. Roasted malt base with a touch of grassy hops, and hints of dark fruits. Roasted barley flavour with a tad apples, herbal hoppiness and charred wood lingering. A decent Foreign Extra Stout with good building dryness.
