Une bière très légèrement acidulée, avec une fine touche saline, faible en alcool et qui offre de superbes arômes fruités rappelant les agrumes et le fruits à noyaux.

Lightly hazy, bright, light golden-yellow with a white cap, not much stay, nor lacing. Fresh, fruity with the tangerine, blending with the starfruit, some sourness and light saltiness. The starfruit give more of a lemon taste, so nice with the tangerines and milder tasting as a lower alcohol content. Hints of salt with the soft sourness. A nice refreshing, milder, citrusy Gose with the starfruit adding a slight different spin.
