This Double IPA fermented with Norwegian Kveik yeast has been generously hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Citra and Amarillo hops. On the nose, we find citrus, tropical fruits and a touch of white wine. On the palate, it is a slightly sweet beer with strong notes of mango, papaya and citrus.

500ml bottle that pours a hazy golden-yellow colour with a frothy-creamy white cap, good retention and some creamy-foamy lacing. The Kveik yeast gives out tangerine nose at first, with the pineapple sweet balance that come out eventually. This fruitiness is felt in the taste with a little zap in the back. Gets juicy looking near the end, with particles. Orange notes all-around blending things with hints of tropical fruits. Alcohol is well-hidden... this is going down nicely.
