Nez explosif de salade de fruits tropicaux. Irrésistible. Sa complexité explose en bouche : l’amertume du houblon domine, survolant le voile de malt, tissé d’une salade fruitée. Une bière intense! Son houblonnage à froid lui confère une complexité florale d'une grande finesse. Houblons: Columbus, Azacca, Cascade, Chinook, Vic Secret, Amarillo and Simcoe.

Clean golden-amber colour with a big warm off-white head, very good stay and leaving foamy-creamy lacing. West Coast IPA aromas with the grassiness from the hops. Perfume, piney and some alcoholic nose. Smooth, silky mouthfeel with a building dryness in the finish. Warming alcohol lingers. Getting a little hazy near the end. Orange peel, mild pines notes and deep grassiness flavours. A real decent dry, warming, boozy West Coast IPA.
