Rise and shine, buttercup - it's time for breakfast. This imperial version of our infamous Maple Bacon Coffee Porter adds some girthy gravity to the the smokey, salty, rich combo of maple syrup, fresh roasted coffee, and bacon.

Pours opaque coffee brown with a serviceable tan head. Aroma delivers maple syrup, roast malt, coffee and molasses tones. Flavor is breakfast in a bottle - coffee, maple syrup, roast malt, molasses, sweet but not cloying. Mouthfeel offers thick body and lively fizz. One sip and you’ll be wide awake. Too much, and--

A thick black colored beer with a three fingered creamy brown head rising briefly above. A splotchy ringlet is left. Immedtately maple and coffee jump to the nose. An invitation of the intensity that is to come in the tasting. That maple and coffee are supported by roasted malt. There are subtle notes of the bacon. Everything playing with the senses. It is thick, silky, resin on the tongue.
