A bright orange amber colored beer with a big frothy textured, off white head rising above. There's some hang time on the head. It settles eventually into a thin full glass film and thinner ringlet. Grassy notes in nose and tasting up front. Let it warm and the honey comes forward. Add some bread to that tasting. Light, effervescent.
