A delicious Cream Ale that will quench your thirst. This is historical style ale that really came about during prohibition. Instead of using all barley, corn is added.

Thanks to Chopz for picking this up at the brewery. Pours an average size foamy white head that dissipates to a thin coating. Has a fairly clear golden appearance. Decent lacing. Aromas of corn, grass, a bit grainy and some barley malts. Flavours are somewhat sweet, a little bit of yeast, some cereal malt and grains. Nice smooth and slick mouthfeel. Subtle dry notes in the finish. Not too bad.

Can from the brewery on my first visit. Pours a light golden-yellow colour with a small white bubbly head, average retention and some foamy lacing. Mild grain aromas with some dry nose notes from the hops. Very smooth, kind of creamy mouthfeel. Some decent cereal grain taste balanced with hops in the finish. A nice dryness concludes. Had this one a few times at a restaurant in Hearst with food and went down very well. I kind of like this one.
