The initial release of our Global Warming series of serious saisons, Premature Spring is upon us (didn’t that groundhog see his shadow?) This effervescent , farmhouse ale is brewed using Youngblood’s wild honey from Pearsall, TX. You can almost taste the moment when spring arrives on your palette as this beer bursts with flavors of wild huajillo, fragrant citrus and spice.
