Our first and oldest “funky” beer in the cellar. We took a small portion of our Ashley Farmhouse Ale and added a single strain of the funkiest yeast we know, Brett Lambicus, to the brew for secondary conditioning in the bottle. 18 months later, this beer is getting that barnyard funk, and even a little white funky film in the bottle to let you know it’s the real deal. Our Funky Farmhouse reflects the traditional flavors of old world bottle-conditioned saisons, and will be the first of many special bottle releases from our cellar in 2016.
