Warm up with a cold one. Ask anybody from this part of the country about Midwestern winters, and they’ll tell you that cold is just the beginning. Our cold season includes sleet, slush, ice and wind swept snow. What does all this have to do with beer, you ask? Well, all that inclement weather can turn midwesterners into pretty dedicated homebodies during the winter, and nothing goes better with a warm fire and a good book than our Winterfest IPA. Flavor Profile. Bright golden, with citrus flavor and an aroma that combines notes of grapefruit, orange zest and a touch of the tropics. Like a warm ray of sunshine on a cold winter’s day. Courtesy of PfoxyJohn by way of dansting. Copper colored, medium head head, ample lacing. Grapefruit and citrus nose and flavors, nice sweet malt offset to balance, zesty bitter linger. Flavorful - thanks John, and Dan!

A very nice seasonal IPA to go with many others that come out at that time of the year. This was bright, clean, bitter and very easy to drink. This would be a decent standard line-up IPA for sure.
