I was pretty curious about this beer from the start. Seeing it on tap about 90 miles south of the brewery (give or take) made me think, " this must be a pretty decent brew." For the most part, i enjoyed it, and it was probably one of the more memorable beers that I've had from Fox River: Pours a bright golden colour with a fairly large white creamy top. Decent lacing around the glass that seems to be a little sticky. Taste is of course pretty malty with noticeable grassy and floral hop flavors. Finishes rather strong, as in- going up in hoppiness (if that makes sense. Again, 3.1 is pretty high for me for a FR beer.

From the tap at The Malt House in Madison, poured a deep golden color with a thin creamy white head that produced light lacing. Low carbonation and a soft crisp-edged palate. Light soured grain aroma and tastes of lightly-toasted biscuity malt and soft hops. Grassy flavors and reserved hop bitterness progress to a grainy, insipid finish.
