Maris Otter pale malt/crystal malt/Target and First Gold hops. Traditional Indian pale ale, re-created by Mark after researching beer recipes from the 19th Century. TASTING NOTES Golden ale with a sharp, fruity hop aroma, a robustly hoppy, pleasantly fruity, drying taste, and a dry, hoppy finish.

Pours out in a cloudy orange colour with a frothy lasting off white foam. Quite sharp hoppy aroma of mature oranges, lemon-zest and wet grass with sweetish notes of apricots and dust. Medium-bodied with a strong tangy orangey hop flavor with notes of yeast, dust, straw and nectarines. Grainy mouthfeel. Long bitter finish of crackers, nuts, wet grass and orange-peels with acidic undertones of immature nectarines

Bottle. Hazy amber colour with a slim white head. Hoppy aroma with a touch of butterscotch. Sweet, hoppy, fruity, caramel and earthy flavours. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, bitter finish. Quite nice.
